October 23rd: Mystery Store!

This is a perfect no mess, no fuss type of jelly for when you’re just getting your feet wet..I also think it’s perfect for this time of year.

It has great end-of-Summer-and-into-Fall flavors and now I’ve got a whole batch just waiting to be enjoyed once the weather starts to cool down.. Here’s the easy-peasy recipe!.(Adapted from Taste of Home).4 cups of Apple Juice.

1/2 cup Cinnamon Heart Candies.1 package of Bernardin Pectin (57g).

4 1/2 cups of Sugar.

In a large saucepan, mix the juice, candies, and pectin.Sometimes though, you really need to know your comfort level and where your limitations are.

Like with electrical work!Sure, changing out a basic light fixture is really simple and a great DIY if you follow safety procedures, but let’s not all go trying to re-wire our entire homes without a little help.. Not only will you probably end up making a mess of it, a big job like that can be downright dangerous!

Plus, I just like you so much when you’re alive and breathing.We’ve done some simple electrical work around here like changing out some light fixtures..
